- Products must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required

- Select “My Orders” and choose the item to return
- Complete the online return form
- Print your prepaid return label (where available)
- Package items securely and ship within 14 days

- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs non-refundable

Faulty Items
If you receive a defective product:
